Inspired by our Savior’s example of love and service to all, and the special place that children held in His heart, we offer this community service to the residents of Douglas County and beyond.

We have no claim of perfection, no motive of personal gain, and no desire to judge anyone. We simply desire to show love and be a blessing to each and every person we serve.

Established as a non-profit organization, we are debt free, and 100% staffed by volunteers. All monies and other items received go toward the effort of serving the poor in our community through providing meals for free or a donation. Soon, children’s clothing and other basic necessities will be provided to any who are in need.

When you enter our doors, we aim to serve and treat everyone the same, whether rich or poor, paying customer or someone in need. Let us know if we can pray for you!

Poverty is a real issue in this otherwise wonderful community. Our county is the third poorest county in the state, and food insecurity among children is more than twice the national average.

At the same time, we know there are many in our community who desire to help. We provide a way for you to do so through sharing meal tickets for children, and simply choosing to make regular visits to True ‘Brew for your food and drinks. Phase 2 of our efforts will include providing a collection and no-charge distribution center downstairs for children’s clothing, donated food, garden produce from the community, and other necessities.

We hope that you enjoy the offerings and atmosphere at our venues . We desire that this little place would be blessed with good fellowship, happy memories, and lots of love.
